Hotels in Taksim, Beyoglu

Few minutes by walk to Taksim Squire great location.Room cleaning were perfect.Near by restaurants,bars,metro station,supeemarkets... I traveled with my daughter,stayed only one night but when you compare with another small hotels,it's very good by far.In case of very early arrival to hotel like us 08:00 o'clock (because of early land of our airplane)you may leave your luggage at the lobby and still enjoy the city and kind staff at the reception is very helpfull.The price was very economic,new renovated room,new painted and well furnitured.High standard beds,new a/c and a minibar.They take care of your welcome by several bottles of water,tea and coffies together with a kettle.Always hot water in the shower. We had a good day&night.We'll definately visit again at the future.No need to have another hotel advantures,thats a Very GOOG PLACE. Thank you for your hospitality. I had a really good experience with the reception staff during my stay. They were super friendly and made checking in a breeze. It definitely started my trip off on the right foot!On the flip side, the bellboy and the guy at the entrance were a bit clueless. They didn’t offer any help with my luggage, which was kind of a letdown after a long journey. A little assistance would’ve gone a long way!Overall, my stay was pretty decent. The location of the hotel is fantastic—really easy to get to all the cool spots nearby. So while there were some bumps in service, it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

The hotel overall is ok. The roof top terrace is nice However, room service is disappointing. We booked a room for 3 persons. But everything in the room only provide for 2 persons, except an extra bed was provided. Shampoo conditioner and body lotion were not filled up properly. What was the worst, our bed was 6 feets wide, but there was an extra 5 feets mattress laid on top of the 6 feets mattress, I don't know why, as a result, it came out a step on one side of the bed. I had report to the room service staff. They said they would fix it properly for me. However, the situation was the same for the next 2 days.

Excellent Stay at Elite World Taksim! I had a wonderful experience at Elite World Taksim Hotel. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again!

The woman who communicated with me had a very bad attitude. I was very angry. I told my boyfriend in Chinese that it was just laundry, why did my clothes get damaged? She actually said that I was saying bad words to her. Is she paranoid? She was also talking loudly on the phone with a very bad attitude. Can I also say that she said bad words to me? It's really funny. No one told me about the damage of the clothes at the first time, but pretended that nothing happened. What if I didn't find out? Do I need to be responsible? And no one answered the reception phone every time I called. The woman's attitude was really very bad! ! ! ! It was just ordinary laundry, not dry cleaning. I don't understand why it turned out like this. I like this dress very much! ! ! ! It's very comfortable to wear. Why did my favorite clothes get burned? The bad review is only because of this woman. Everyone else is very friendly.

They had extensive knowledge of the hotel and its amenities, which allowed them to provide valuable recommendations. My dining experience was superb. The dishes were delicious, and the kitchen staff were dedicated in their service and responsiveness. The massage session was a rejuvenating and relaxing experience. The therapist demonstrated high skill and professionalism. I would like to express my deep admiration for the exceptional service I received. I want to commend the performance of the front desk staff, as well as the quality of food and service in the kitchen and spa.

The hotel is 3 out of 5. The breakfasts are good quality, tasty, small selection, the menu has not changed. The room is comfortable, with signs of use, but not critical. A big minus - it was cold in the room, they provided a heater, but the tiles on the floor in the toilet remained icy. We chose the hotel based on the availability of a recreation area: Spa on the -3 floor, a small sauna and hamam (for 5-6 people), the water in the pool is also cool. We spent a small amount of time there. The location is not far from Taksim Square (8-10 minutes walk) down the hill, you can return to the hotel on foot. It will be difficult to go up the mountain from the hotel, we always left on a transfer (they promptly provide a car to 3 locations to choose from). It is very convenient. The view is panoramic, but there are only slums around.

Concierge, doormen, baggage/taxi support etc, were helpful, courteous and professional. However, the women at the reception were not. Upon check-in, as well as other queries, the interactions were not genuine and almost as if I was a bother. This should be rectified with training on how to receive international guests. Lovely stay otherwise.

Loved everything about this place. Location- very close to Taksim & loads of restaurants & shops around you. Services - excellent , check in and out was effective & efficient. Hospitality- excellent . Each and everyone one in the hotel tries their best to give you excellent service. Language- excellent English, Arabic & other languages are spoken by the staff which makes it very easy to communicate. Room - big size, clean & a bit old but the cleaning done on daily basis makes you feel its new. Toilet- was my favorite part, the white and grey colour marbles made my eyes go crazy! The spa- don’t miss it. There is a Moroccan lady don’t miss her she is excellent in her job. The breakfast- was the star of my stay. The food, the service, the huge area and everything about it. Over all I was really happy with BARCELO and I highly recommend it. Definitely will be back.
