I have traveled several times to Istanbul, I used to stay in a different hotel in the same neighborhood because of the convenient location. close to Asian side (just a ferry trip), old part of the city ( with tram) Galata bridge and so many other places. This year I found this amazing hotel, really big space, clean and quiet. we didn't request room make up but when we arrived the cleanliness and size of the room was surprising. I hope they maintain the same level of quality.

Booked with the company for 3 nights. In general everything is excellent, from location to contact with staff. Small minus - the first day wifi died, and the first day found that there was no gel for the shower everywhere. It could have been possible to write to the manager, but there were weekends ahead, decided not to torture anyone. But all such a sharpen the attention of the staff that it would be necessary to look more carefully behind the rooms, as visual everything is excellent, but everything is long ago in not very good form ... Two times broke the shower, the first time it turned out to be repaired by itself, For the second time already broke out with the roots, when evicted, she was a little upset that didn't immediately inform ...

The apartment was clean and as the pictures depicted, Mehmet the owner was amazing, so helpful, I would definitely recommend this and his hotel which we also stayed in, we hope to return next week with our respective partnered for a weekend and will use Mehmet’s accommodation

It's in a great location, near to Sishane metro station and Beyoglu funicular station, and lots of shops and eateries. Only problem is that it's almost impossible to find as there isn't any signboard at the entrance. Even the shop owner of the shop right next door (La Fa Muzik) didn't know of the existence of ”Hug Galata”. It was only when someone helped us to call the phone number on the booking confirmation slip that we were able to find the door and were given the code to unlock it. Then to our horror we saw the narrow spiral stairs that we had to climb up with all our luggage! We were told to take the apartment on the 3rd floor but we asked for the one on the 1st floor as I had injured my knee earlier. Thankfully it wasn't occupied so we only had to climb 1 level up. The apartment is small but comfortable. However, it was lacking in shelves and hooks especially in the shower where there's nowhere to hang clothes and towel or even to place toiletries. There's also no handle on the inside of the toilet sliding door so it was tricky to open it each time. There wasn't any VIP service, we had to ask questions via WhatsApp throughout our stay. When the shampoo ran out and we asked for more, someone brought a plastic bag and hung it on the door but it was filled with shower gel instead of shampoo. The water boiler is noisy so we turned it off at night. Also be prepared for the noise from the nightlife downstairs, something you'd have to bear with for the sake of the convenient location.

Прекрасные и атмосферные апартаменты! Расположение – просто отличное: рядом улица Истикляль, до Галатской башни рукой подать. Несмотря на близость к оживленным районам, в самих апартаментах тихо. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отличная транспортная доступность – рядом метро и трамвай. Единственное, что стоит учесть: чтобы добраться до апартаментов, придется подниматься по склонам. Но нам это совершенно не мешало – такое кардио позволяло спокойно съесть на один симит больше! 😅

If it’s one or two beautiful women, you have to worry a little bit about yourself. Because the main entrance is in a small alley, it’s hard to get in and out of the big car. The price was reasonable, so I thought it was okay. The staff was great and the building itself was retro, so it can't be helped. The shower was really nice and comfortable! The location is perfect for sightseeing! It's very quiet for a tourist spot, but the slope is too steep. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult for people with heavy suitcases. It was my third trip to the country, so my luggage was heavy and it was difficult, but Turkish people are really kind and warm. From the airport, take the metro to ***rettepe and walk to the exit. From there, get off at Sishane station on the M2 line, go up the slope, and there is another hotel along ilk Belediye cd (street) where you check in. The metro takes about 35 minutes and costs 30 lira. If you're worried about the location, Uber, taxi, or shuttle might be better. If you're an experienced traveler, you can get there on your own! People in the city will kindly tell you the way. I was impressed by the warm people.

Had a great time!! The apartments are quiet, which is very important, everything is convenient for self-check-in! The apartment is clean, has everything you need for living. It was important for us to have a stove for cooking, and it was nice to find dishes in the required quantity. Very nice bedding! The staff also took care of such trifles as detergents, from a sponge for dishes to a cloth for the table))), such things are always in short supply), the apartment is within walking distance from all the attractions, near the metro station, the fish market on the embankment, under the Galata bridge. There are a lot of hardware stores around, but this did not bother us at all! They started working somewhere from 8.00 in the morning until 18.00. We sleep with closed windows and air conditioning so we didn't hear any noise from the streets.
