The facilities are very new and the location is good. However, the gravel road in the old town is not easy to walk on. The wheels on my suitcase are all broken. I was not allowed to check in until two or three o'clock. I don't understand why. I kept saying wait a minute.

A decent little hotel, the breakfast service is very good, and the hotel ladies are pretty and friendly! The problem is that in the family room, if there are children staying, it will really be noisy until midnight. The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear various sounds from upstairs, downstairs, next door, and outside the door. In addition, there is something wrong with the wash basin and it leaks, but the hot water pressure is strong when it rains😊

The location is relatively downtown, which is very convenient. However, the room is a bit small. If you live on the first floor, the sound insulation is not very good. You can hear the sound of new residents dragging their luggage at night.

The room facilities are not particularly luxurious, but they are very good. The hotel provides 24-hour free tea and coffee that will be delivered to the room. The service attitude of the hotel front desk is really good. The driver will help us remember the license plate number immediately when he knows that he charges more. And report it, and remember to find a hotel to book a rental, the price is lower than Uber~^_^

A small cozy hotel with excellent service and very helpful staff. We recommend it to those who come to see the historical center - there are many attractions within walking distance.

Although it is located very close to major tourist attractions, you should be aware that the road leading there is a steep hill. The facilities were very clean and new, the service from the staff was great and the meals were very delicious.

ROOM: We had the double bed deluxe room with balcony. The balcony was very small, only big enough to stand. The view was not that great, it faced dilapidated buildings but we didn’t use it all that much so it was okay. We found a few small bugs (they were dead) in our room. In the states we called them rolly polly’s, that’s what they looked like. We figured they came in through the balcony door most likely. The room itself is VERY small. You can only access the bed from one side because the other is against the wall. The TV remote didn’t work. Bed was more on the stiff side. Bathroom shower leaked a bit. However, the shower had a rainfall shower head and a handheld shower head. Bathroom sink was very small and toilet was sandwiched between sink and shower. Overall, the room was as expected. STAFF: Hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful. FOOD: They gave us 1 day of complimentary breakfast, the following days it was 15 euros per person and was most definitely more affordable than breakfast in the area. AREA: Location was super busy, small streets, and Istanbul is just a dirty city. I do not mean that in a bad way, but I have seen worse cities like Paris. Paris is much dirtier than Istanbul. They offer laundry service that is 150 TL per kilo and it came back the same day. They were helpful with arranging transportation. Would stay here again!

Highly recommend! This hotel is in a great area and we were able to walk to most of the main attractions and took public transportation for a few further ones. Such friendly employees. Had tea and coffee upon arrival, received a room upgrade, received complimentary breakfast although we did not book it in our reservation. So lovely! They prepared a whole table for my friends and myself. We were able to reserve pick and drop off services for the airport and we also booked a lovely boat tour through the hotel. Hotel rooms were also nice and comfy and clean. I would stay again! Thanks!

Fantastic customer service, staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only issue was excessive external noise but I’d imagine it would be the same in any hotel in the area.

There is nothing that I didn’t like - everything is nice and clean, lots of shelf/drawer space, nearby great restaurants, extremely friendly staff. Highly recommended
