The service was just amazing....totally above and beyond. Everyone from the concierge, bell hop, front desk to the duty managers truly made us feel welcomed. Fantastic hospitality!

The hotel was in a very good location.. the customer service was excellent all staff were friendly professional and helpful. Especially hatice mustafa idris they assisted us in our stay

The staff were amazing the rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast needs to be a bit upgraded for the price offered. Otherwise all good and amazing staff and location

Good hotel in the middle of everything

The room booked from Trip.com was on the 2nd lowest floor and next to the school playground which was extremly noisy. Moreover, the restaurant on the 1st floor had celebration event which was last till 11pm for consecutive 3days. I was trying to ask for room change but was told "fully booked" actually all types of room were available.
Location is good, Facilities are new but the service was horrible. It was nightmare choosing Westin Istanbul.
