the hotel is very cheap - everything is old - but the most important thing is that the internet doesn't work!!! the signal disappears every minute - and at the reception they will try to convince you that everything works fine, and that it doesn't work on the 3rd floor - they don't believe it!

Booking Number : 9397 & 9398 we were 2 Families , we got robbed and scammed at this Hotel , the worst experience ever , we have checked the cameras at the hotel and we insisted although they did not want to check the cameras , a girl in the housekeeping was spotted robbing things from our rooms , then on our check out day , they forced us to pay $300 to get our passports from the safe !!! the worst Hotel ever

If we say price performance, 10/10. The staff and location were very good. I said I would comment if I liked it.. I recommend it to the young friend at the reception :) to everyone, clearly!!!.:) i'll come againn... istanbul very beautiful city

I stayed at the hotel the end of February 2024 til early March 2024 for a period of 8 days. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was all smooth from checking in which took minutes to checking out. I observed that the hotel was clean, cleaning staff kept it very clean which was appreciated. Reception staff were friendly, spoke good English and had good local knowledge. The location of the hotel was very good, close to all facilities, such as restaurants, shopping and good transport links. Good experience, good value for money. Breakfast not provided which was made clear at the point of booking. I suggested for a microwave to be provided for customers, as this would be useful. All facilities were good. Great staff, I would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Diamond Nisantasi hotel. The hotel is located in a busy neighborhood with lots of conveniences nearby, but I was still able to enjoy peace and quiet from my room on the 6th floor. My room was small but very clean and offered a lot of storage for clothing. The bathroom was also quite small but very clean and made entirely of marble. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One issue I encountered is that there is a waft of cigarette smell in the hotel, especially in the mornings and evenings. Other guests seem to be smoking either in their rooms or elsewhere in the hotel and the smell of smoke wafted into my room. I wish the hotel was a bit more vigilant about this issue as I do not want to smell cigarettes inside my hotel room. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay.
