We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, and the room service was prompt and excellent. When I arrived I was immediately upgraded to a lovely en-suite room on the ground floor. The location was excellent . Near by restaurants and cafes. Also close by the tram metro system brilliant for getting around Istanbul. Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. Great value for money.

We stayed 10 nights in Saratoga hotel. Amazing hotel, super staff and clean rooms, new furniture. Big thanks to Nesha abla, Chagdash, Yunus and Savaj. Thank you for supporting us during our trip to Istanbul. I will definitely come back to your hotel!

Very nice hotel - clean, modern finishes, elevator and air conditioning, quiet even our room in the front. Breakfast is extra but so worth it. It’s served in a really sweet indoor patio and includes egg, breads, olives, cheeses, meat, honey and something different every day. And we can’t say enough about the staff - just welcomed us, helped us, taught us some Turkish and were so hard working and accommodating. The location is a very short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. and lots of good restaurants. And yet it’s a side street that’s reasonably quiet. We would book again.
