They stole money from me, promised to refund me but ignored when I asked. The owner asked me on a date, I was not interested. To punish me, he prevented me from getting my clothes back from the cleaners. His staff were not allowed to tell me the address of the cleaners, or taxi number. Then they pretended not to speak English, even though they did previously. They harassed me all night, swearing at me, intimidating me, stomping on the floor in front of my door yelling, and laughing. I left Turkey with an empty suitcase, and lost all my clothing. Be careful, if you are a woman travelling alone, I was afraid for my life.

Hostel inmenso com pésima administración. Muy extricto con la cobrança y los horarios de check-out pero relajado en todo lo que es su contraparte. Pagué equivalente a US$ 25 por una cama en dormitorio compartido. - La cocina tiene solamente 1 vaso y ninguna taza para preparar ni un café. - El baño de mi piso tenía la tapa del vaso sanitario quebrada, el asiento suelto y el propio vaso estaba despegado del piso, lo que lo convierte en un peligro. Ducha? Quebrada también. - Mosquiteros de las ventanas? Con suciedad del tiempo del imperio otomano. Quando comenté los problemas con el recepcionista me respondió que yo podría usar otro baño y que él nada podía hacer pues 'solamente trabajaba ahí'. Entiendo que problemas pueden suceder pero es importante ver que se hace para corregirlos. De mi parte, cada una de las liras que pagué seguramente funcionan bien y no presentan ninguna falla. Si usted precisa hospedarse ahí pues no hay otra cama disponible en la capital, recuerde exigir de vuelta el deposito garantía de la toalla pues el encargado principal demora en retornar ese dinero. Seguro muchos lo olvidan en la prisa por irse y olvidar la mala experiencia.

Plusieurs chambres réservées lors d'un mariage. Aucun geste commercial de la part de la direction, même pas une rose ou une bouteille alors que j'avais réservé la suite et demandé une petite attention. Personnel pas très accueillant... Aucune isolation, on entend tout ce qui se passe à côté ! Draps, serviettes et rideaux sales et troués. Bref, à fuir.

Я забронировала этот отель на 10 ночей с 26 июня по 6 июля 2022 года,номер deluxe. Мой номер был очень грязным,также грязное постельное белье,всё очень старое.На кровати вместо одеяла лежало уже использованное,грязное покрывало.Сам отель расположен прямо около автомобильной трассы было очень шумно от непрекращающегося движения машин.В первую ночь своего пребывания в этом отеле, я сообщила администрации, что здесь совершенно невозможно находиться и я хочу отменить бронирование. Так же связалась с booking и они отменили моё бронирование. Я покинула отель и началось неприятное разбирательство по возврату средств. В итоге вместо извинений за предоставленный грязный deluxe номер этот отель сделал мне штраф за отмену бронирования ещё прибавив к 1 ночи,которую я там провела ещё 2 ночи и плюс 30,eur,за то что я заплатила кредитной картой.Бессонная ночь в грязном номере в итоге стоила для меня 240,eur.

Resepsiyonda 21.08.2022 gunu saat 13.00 sularinda aglayan cani aciyan oturamayacak durumda oldugundan kanepenizde yatan 1 saat once eski musteriniz olmus kisiyi basinizdan atmaya calistiniz.ustelik ailesiyle dalga gectiniz. Bi bardak suya ilac verecekken suyunu alip attiniz. Ne ara boyle oldunuz? Dahasi hicbir inanc ile dalga gecilmemeli. Ne hadsizliktir. Takindiginiz vucut dili soylemleriniz ve hitabiniz korkunc. Ne birine dayi diyebilirisniz ne de garip hallere girerek namazla dalga gecebilirisiniz! Hastaya mverilecek suyu atmanizi saymadim bile..resepsiyondaki erkek calisaninizin biraz tavsiyeye ihtiyaci var gb duruyor.
