Lumina Boutique Hotel

First of all I would remove the writing "HOTEL: because it isn't... I would write more like a hostel but I wouldn't want to offend the category. Don't let the photos fool you, they aren't realistic. The room we booked looked like a palace but instead it was a narrow hole where you can't see he couldn't even get to the bed with a tiny window that looked out (so to speak) inside the building, cockroaches that entered through the broken mosquito net, mosquitoes that I won't tell you that obviously we also found squashed against the wall of the room, unbreathable air, very dirty and in a degraded area during the day they were selling stolen things like telephones... in the evening it was scary to even go back there, the most beautiful thing was the breakfast served on an equally dirty terrace with seagulls circling around you shitting everywhere... we waited more than half 'hour from the scheduled time for breakfast to receive a small plate brought by the manager with tomato a piece of cheese another raw thing like cucumber a slice of sausage and a bit of local bread no cappuccino or a slice of toast nothing sweet obviously total fasting ...the next day we wanted to give him a second chance, he didn't show up at all, it was a TERRIBLE experience!! Don't go there

I stayed at this hotel for my business trip and I recommend it to everyone. There is nothing to say about the cleanliness, you can go with peace of mind, I would like to thank the owner of the business, Ömer, for his interest, the view is already extraordinary, the only hotel I will go to when I come to Istanbul is Lumina.
