- subway and ferry nearby
- room can be locked from inside

- Rooms were quite dirty and I could hear my neighbours

Location quite ok, walking distance to subway station. Small room but acceptable. No kettle inside the room, so need to go downstairs to find hot water for my morning coffee. The room is good value for money, but nothing much else.
