There is no sign, no reception. It's good that I looked at Google maps to see what the building and the street looked like. We arrived later than the agreed time, miraculously a worker from the hotel opposite helped us, called and we were checked in. The owner did not respond to questions about the accommodation - there were three of us, and only 2 cups in the room. The situation has not changed in a week. There was also a question about toilet paper and water, but here the cleaning lady we met in the hall helped. In general, the room is clean. Few sockets (only one in the kitchenette - either a kettle or a refrigerator works). It was scary to use the sockets in the room, they sparkled when turned on, one practically fell out of the wall.
The bathroom is cool, but thanks to the hot water, everything heated up quickly. The hose at the shower head flows in all directions. Pros: the shower cabin is wide, there is a lot of space, the water drains well.
The location of the hotel is convenient, the street is quiet, there is a grocery store nearby, many cafes. For budget travelers, it's perfect for a few days.

Perfect place! Price quality! There is no elevator, but this is not critical. My room had 2 balconies, I could watch the sunset) very nice staff, met me at 4 am without any problems

Hotel in the center of Istanbul. 3 minutes from Istiklal. The hotel staff is very polite - they helped with calling a taxi to the airport. We were upgraded to a larger room for free.

So dirty, difficult hotel and SCAMMERS 🤮. I booked this hotel to stay on the 11th and 12th of October. I said I would come at 1 o'clock to them, but when I arrived at 1 o'clock, there was dirt that had not been cleaned. I had a big travel bag, It was difficult to get to the top floor without an elevator. The day after we said we canceled, my card was charged for the entire day (109 USD) before the night was over. i so many time writed mail and called. He said that he would not give the reason about this. Taxim cool hotel are scammers!!!😡😡GUYS NEVER BOOK THAT HOTEL👎🏻👎🏻

It's just 5 minutes from Taksim square. Full of markets, cafe and restaurants near by. Room is very clean and comfort with air-condition and WiFi. Every day clean towels, so important. Fully recommended, the best in the area.
