Overall is good but probably not for level 4. I was given room at level 4 during Friday and unfortunately rooftop bar is operate until 1am, I can literally hear people walking around and especially dragging the chair. I called to complain on the noise and being told that nothing that they can do and the noise will probably happen all the way until 1.30am. Perhaps hotel can do something about it , u can’t expect all the guest to sleep after 1.30am right

Horrible experience, when we checked-in the hotel, they charged me double the price, said they would return me the money, but after 10 days, we still haven’t received the money.

This is an old house hotel under InterContinental. The rooms are not big, but they are enough. The location is very good, in the new city, near Istiklal Avenue, close to the century-old Pera Palace, and next to the Galata Tower. It is very convenient to the old city and the Golden Horn. It takes only 40 minutes to walk to popular attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. There are many restaurants downstairs, and the mussels in the restaurant opposite are delicious. There are many restaurants nearby, and we basically walked to various restaurants for dinner. The hotel provides breakfast, but we didn't experience it because the room we booked did not include meals. Special reminder, taking a taxi in Istanbul is a pit, basically no meter is used, and the price is verbally called.
