We were greeted with a very friendly smile at the entrance. The lemonade service while waiting for the check-in process was a very nice detail. Everything was perfect in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast was also very nice. In general, we were very pleased with the hotel and the business. It is a hotel we will choose again.

We hired 4 electric bikes, one of which broke down because of a faulty battery after about an hour and a half ... in the middle of a magnificent ride on a wild cape far from the centre. As a result, the end of the day was wasted walking home (running, because fortunately one of the children is sporty!) instead of enjoying it. And ... the owner didn't apologise, claiming that the battery was working well and even joking with his colleague. The bikes were creaking from lack of maintenance and had indeed lived. As we had tied up the bike where it had broken down, he was unhappy. The argument quickly escalated with this owner, who acted in bad faith, was full of himself and had rented these bikes to us at full price. A very bad experience, to be avoided for bike hire and I'd be wary of the hotel's service in view of the nerve of this man who, unfortunately, like many shopkeepers in Turkey, takes you for dollars/euros on the hoof.

We had a wonderful stay at Nizam Butik Otel during our first visit to Büyükada. The owner, Özgür and Mehtap were very welcoming and greeted us with fresh lemon juice. He even showed us three room options so we could choose the one we liked best. Özgür and Mehtap were always friendly and helpful, offering free water and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The Turkish breakfast was amazing, with plenty of variety and delicious options, even when we check out and about to leave, they gifted us with a nice wrapped box full of delicious Turkish sweets. The hotel is in a great location, charming, and our room was clean and cozy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return. Highly recommended!

Sevgili arkadaşlar, Nizam Butik Otel ada içerisinde kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. 2 kişilik bir çift için küçük odaları tercih edebilirsiniz ki bu ihtiyacınızı kesinlikle karşılayacaktır. Özgür Bey'e teşekkürlerimi tekrar tekrar iletiyorum. Güler yüzlü ve samimi olmasından ötürü. Istediğiniz an birşeye ihtiyacınız olduğunuzda iletişime rahatça geçebilirsiniz. Ikramları ise cabası. Birde =) sigara içiyor iseniz ya sahil den temin edin yada yedek yanınızda bulundurun. Çünkü yukarı kısımlarda sigara satışı yok. Ağaçlıklı bir sokaktaki 2 katlı bir binada bulunan ve Marmara Denizi manzarası sunan bu rahat otel, Yörükali plajına yürüyerek 8 dakika, Büyükada iskelesine ise 2 km mesafededir. Sade dekorasyonlu odalarda düz ekran TV bulunur. Lüks odalar deniz manzarası, balkon/veranda ve/veya doğrudan bahçe erişimi sunar. Oda servisi mevcuttur. Ücretsiz bölge içi servis sunulur. Teraslı, rahat bir restoran/bar mevcuttur. Diğer imkanlar arasında barbekü yapılabilen bahçe, tekne turları, balıkçılık ve bisiklet kiralama hizmetleri yer alır. Kahvaltı servis edilir.

Очень уютный отель примерно в 2х км от центра, недалеко остановка автобуса и парк. До монастыря св. Георгия тоже примерно 2 км. Жили в номере с балконом на 2м этаже, номер не большой, чистый, приятный интерьер. Для ребенка предоставили детскую кроватку. Супер милые сотрудники, оперативно реагировали на все просьбы 🤗 Невероятно вкусные и сытные завтраки. Рекомендую 👍🏻
