Despite that I had booked in advance, a flight delay prevented me from arriving when estimated. They tried to contact me, but I was on the flight! So they let the room to someone else!!! There were NO rooms available when I arrived, and their only suggestion was to wait in reception... At about 04:00, I really needed sleep, and since I had a rental car, I slept there! Apparently a room became available at about 05:00, but I was asleep. Although I didn't have a room, they refused to refund!!! The room I got after 08:00 was a good size. If only this hotel was run for guests, it could be good, but the lack of service and attitude made the stay terrible. Finding a parking space was by luck.. (I had reserved via *********** but they didn't help at all.) The shower area was too open, so the bathroom floor became very slippery, and there was no appropriate mat. Unless the service improves, I wouldn't go back.
