In the first couple of days, I was actually quite happy with the hotel. staff were friendly and the interior design was great. Location was not bad and the shower was great too! However, things go downhill so much after I tried their steam and sauna… firstly, you need to pay extra for using the steam and sauna room, €20 per person…. Then I had a 50 min massage that was €70, which was a giant rip off!!! The masseuse literally just put loads of cream and oil on my body and rub them in… one more thing, when we asked them to help us book a cab to the airport.. they wanted to charge us €75… it was €35 when we got a taxi to the hotel from the airport…

Room is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Location is also very conveniently and walkable to most landmarks. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. Rooftop bar is beautiful with amazing night view of the city. Really appreciate front desk staff who allowed us to check in early after our long flight.
Only some issues - AC is not very strong, even though we had it at 18 degree in summer weather. Hotel staffs are very helpful and can be fierce looking 🤣
In conclusion we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
