Worst experience of my stay in Turkey. Rude staff without any empathy for guests with family. Lack attitude to serve guests, sound more like money hungry and try to exploit situation. Didn’t provide us the promised breakfast as per their committed package on Agoda, lied to us that breakfast is closed because of Pandemic, pretty nonsensical logic as the same person was offering the breakfast if we pay for it. Dirty rooms, broken toilet accessories, broken and non functional room windows, there is no hot water in washing basin. Over all a pathetic place and service. I hope this review will save some families from being mislead in future.

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación donde podes ir a todos lados caminando en cualquier horario, es sencillo, pero con una atención y el personal que trabaja en el hotel es excelente. Estuvimos alojado un fin de semana en enero del 2020 y uno de nuestros hijos se enfermó, tuvo convulsiones y terminó internado en un hospital de niños. A pesar del mal momento que vivimos la experiencia que tuvimos con las personas (principalmente la gente del hotel, pero también en el hospital fue excepcional), estuvieron en cada detalle para ayudarnos en lo que fuera y actos realmente bondadosos y generosos hacia nosotros. Estuvieron en cada detalle para ayudarnos y hasta agasajarnos por el momento que pasamos. Hemos viajado mucho con mi familia en los ultimos años por distintas partes del mundo pero la atención que recibimos en este hotel nunca la habíamos tenido. Lo RECOMIENDO un 100%, no esperes que sea un hotel con grandes lujos pero vale la pena ir y más si pensas recorrer todo el día las increibles calles y lugares de Estambul!!.. Sin duda cuando volvamos vamos a ir a este hotel si o si.
