Service is very good, friendly, helpful. When you have anything people help you directly. Rooms are clean, big and unique. In general unique hotel. Location 5 to 10 min to taksim metro station. But lot of restaurants, bars in front of hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel and its special retro decoration are Mr. Cass's old house. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable.
But one drawback is that cars can't drive in on Independence Street, so you have to go out for a while to take a taxi, which is more troublesome when you have luggage.
In addition, I want to complain about the reception one night. The service attitude of the brother was very bad and shouted at us because the driver who picked us up got the wrong time and came to the hotel early. Then the hotel couldn't find us. The front desk actually scolded us for the first time. Swearing at hotel guests ruins the good mood of the trip
