Bien situé à environ 400 mêtres du métro et du tramway. Beaucoup de restaurant dans les environs. Une petite épicerie juste au coin de la rue. Petit-déjeuner basique mais correct. Chambre confortable. J'avais choisi une petite chambre (8 m2), l'aménagement était aussi fonctionnel qu'une chambre plus spacieuse. Seul bémol, pendant tout mon séjour, j'ai eu droit à un session de claquage de porte, course dans les escaliers et cris d'une quinzaine de minutes à tous les soirs entre 21h et minuit. Disons que l'insonorisation est minimum.
