I came from Kayseri and stayed for 5 days in January 2025. It was a suitable place to stay with a family in Istanbul conditions. It was spotless. The lady who did the cleaning was very sensitive, thank you. The furniture and rooms were new and clean. In general, such hotels provide service with rotten furniture and insect-infested rooms. The other staff are also understanding and smiling. In the adjacent rooms, the sound from outside enters the room a little too much. Apart from that, having breakfast is a separate advantage. Only a little warmth can be added, fried food, menemen, sausage, etc. Thank you for your nice hospitality. May their earnings be fruitful.

Booked 2 rooms. One room smelled of smoke, shower door broken, mould in shower, noisy neighbourhood as no double glazed windows. Fridge did not work in the other room.

I wanted it to be located in a very convenient location. Near the metro, buses, taxis, a lot of cafes and retail outlets. Well, the hotel staff themselves are very polite, the hotel chief himself is a very kind young man. good breakfast, free round the clock and very tasty tea. we got a family room with two rooms, although there were only two of us. I recommend it to anyone who wants to rent a hotel room in this area. Best regards L.
