I stayed at the sun comfort hotel with my husband and 4 sons. I contacted the hotel directly to book and was a good rate. They booked me a connecting room but the room was a through room and there was no door between 2 rooms and there was only one shower room. The hotel was 10 minutes walk to Kenyi Kepez metro and same distance to Biyzanet which is where Grand Baazar is. Bim/Migros and Sok – local supermarkets are 2 mins walk where you can pick up any items. 20-25 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia/Blue mosque. From there you can go to Eyptian spice baazar via tram or 10 minutes walk. Also can take a public ferry to see the Asian side. Rooms are dated and needs some tender loving care. But for the price you pay it is not that bad as rooms are a good size and basic Turkish breakfast is included. We paid £75 per night for 6 of us. I was happy at this hotel and the service was good if there was an issue they would come immediately to sort out. The A/C is centrally controlled so they put it on high so eventually you switch off from room but that didn’t bother us. Room was cleaned daily and sheets changed every 2/3 days. Plenty of food places to eat walking distance. Thank you Sun Comfort Hotel for your help and lovely holiday.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The rooms are clean, and the price is good - but that is all. The area that the hotel is in, is not good - i didnt feel safe in the evenings. The manager in the reception is not service minded at all and rude. They claimed that I had written/made my own hotelvoucher since mine stated that I had booked twinbed. I would recommend to pay a little bit extra and stay at another hotell. Stay away

the staff is friendly they talk English and Arabic but they don't clean the room even if we ask, we reserve a deluxe room it was moisture and too small, the breakfast was not bad but there's no diversity always was same, the hotel was not so far from Beyazit station but you need to climb not to walk for 7 mins or you need to take Yeni Kapi station with 15 mns walk

The best personal service. Rooms are clean and tidy. All sights are within walking distance. The hotel is right on the Laleli bazaar, a wholesale bazaar, but you can also find it at retail. Rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfasts are very tasty. Cozy, you feel at home. The workers are very nice especially the employee Jean is very well mannered sincere happy to help 24/7 real best service. Prosperity to the hotel. We will definitely be back!!!

We were in this hotel in March and May 2023, I liked everything very much, thank you very much to all the staff: the reception helped with everything right away, very attentive and sensitive people, a canteen employee and her assistant, they covered and cleaned on time, delicious food, clean everywhere, in the rooms daily cleaning and replenishment of soap, shampoo, tea, sugar, slippers changed daily, the floors were washed and so on, I will rate the cleaning at 5, thanks to the owner of the hotel for organizing the work and excellent employees. This is simply the worst hotel I have ever been to. 1. All rooms are smoke-free. 2. Dirty smoky, with mold in the shower. 3. The beds are broken, propped up with plywood and CARDBOARD! 4. Wi-Fi does not work. 5. Breakfast - you can say that they are not. 6. Bedbugs are visible from dirt. I got the impression that this hotel has been standing for many years and has a very greedy owner who does not want to fix anything. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially if you will be with a child, it's just dangerous. However, I can say that the staff is good. Both boy and woman. But the quality of living is just ahtung. It's better to take a hostel.
