Lovely room, staff helpful and polite. Location v confusing to get to, taxi struggled also with road closures.

G-Han hotel is a great little hotel situated in the Asian quarter of Istanbul. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the main metro line and has many shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a good breakfast provided each day!

Front desk completely forgot to send my laundry which took 2 entire days to do. And still charged me full price. Completely unacceptable because they said they could take it in the morning and have it ready by the evening.
I had a meeting that day didn’t have anything to wear

This was one of the best stays that we’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You truly feel like part of the family when you stay here. These are the kind of people you feel like you’ve known your whole life. The breakfast was also exceptional, was full the entire day and then some after it! Beds were super comfortable and the elevator is graded by a key card as well. Overall, would say an amazing place. Would highly recommend
