The location was amazing! We walked to all the best tourist attractions in Sultanahmet and loved the neighbourhood restaurants and bars. The Art Cafe next door were super handy and welcoming and the hotel staff were very friendly.

Well appointed rooms in Istanbul's old town. Excellent value for money and an oasis of calm in this busy neighbourhood. Whilst the property does not offer food service, the neighbouring Art Café serves delicious Turkish food. The staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile at every opportunity.

A fantastic stay in Istanbul, this hotel is ideal for sightseeing on foot. All of the best locations are either within walking distance, or you can easily hop on the metro from Sultanahmet station which is near by. The hotel receptionist helped us to arrange airport transfers and nothing was too much trouble. The air con was very effective and the wifi excellent. The room had everything we needed, including bedroom slippers, toiletries, a kettle, bottled water and tea and coffee. As we were there for 5 nights our towels were refreshed and bedroom cleaned half way through. We wandered up the road to the many cafes and restaurants for our meals. The Henna Cafe was our favourite for coffee, which could be enjoyed on their beautiful roof terrace. We had a delicious dinner at Babylonia on the main drag. Our Xenia hotel base was perfect for our holiday. We felt the area was safe and we were very comfortable. We hope to return.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel, extremely well located in the historic heart of Istanbul. It is within easy walking distance of 95 % of the main sites and therefore no need to take taxis in the very congested traffic. Erkan the hotel manager speaks English, was very helpful & friendly, even meeting us at the very busy airport which added to our peace of mind. The rooms are comfortable, excellent WiFi and good aircon. Many good restaurants in the area, and close to one of the less busy terminals to take a boat trip up the Bosphorous, which is recommended to get an overall feel for this fascinating city. Overall this hotel is an excellent location for a stay in historic Istanbul.

Location was amazing. The staff is helpful and professional. The hotel is very nice new. They are cleaning daily and ready to help everytime. For the price like this hotel is wonderful. Thank you Xenia Hotel.

The stay was a NIGHTMARE! Absolutely TERRIBLE. Thr rooms were very, very dirty. The towels, the sheets etc. No toilet paper. Water underneath the sink. There were dead flies on the floor. The stuff was very unfriendly. NEVER ever go there. The pictures on the internet are just fake.

Best experience. Great hotel. A very good location. Friendly employees. I recommend. Walking distance to historical places. 2 minutes to public transportation, 1 minute to the beach. There are many good restaurants in the location. You won't regret it.

Отель для одной ночи, все чистенькое и свежее. Ремонт хороший, расположение тоже удачное) нет зубных щеток, пасты и прочих мелочей, но в остальном все замечательно) из персонала один парень на ресепшене - доброжелательный и приятный))
