The hotel itself is very new and clean, but it's worth noting that the on-site restaurants are not particularly impressive. For a more satisfying dining experience, you may want to consider dining outside the hotel or ordering food from nearby restaurants. The location is decent but does require access to a car or taxi. The customer relations team is generally kind and accommodating, although there are occasional lapses where they may overlook or forget your requests.

The room size is OK, the environment is quiet, the water overflows outside after showering in the bathroom, there is a restaurant downstairs, open 24 hours, but unfortunately most of the food is Western, which I am not used to.

It is not in the business district, and there are construction sites and AXIS shopping mall nearby. We left the hotel early due to changes in our schedule, and we were unable to get a refund even after negotiation.
