27 Ocak tarihinde saat 14.10'da otelin çaprazındaki a101'de birisiyle yaşadığım sözlü tartışmaya otelin resepsiyonundaki beyefendi ve bir otel çalışanı da dahil olup "o benim abim hayırdır" diyerek üstüme yürüdüler ve tartıştığım kişi tarafından darpa uğradım. Gerekli adli işlemleri başlattım. Önceden dışarıdan gördüğümde takdir ettiğim bir oteldi ancak bu yaşanan olaydan sonra mafyavari tavırları gerçekten üzücüydü. Bir anlaşmazlık yaşayana kadar belki problem çıkartmazlar ancak bir anlaşmazlıkta üzerinize yürüyüp kabadayılık yapabilirler dikkat etmek lazım. KESİNLİKLE ÖNERİLMEZ!!! ----------------------------------------------- On January 27th at 2:10 PM, I had a verbal argument with someone at the A101 store across from the hotel. During the incident, a gentleman from the hotel's reception and another hotel employee got involved, saying, "That's my brother, what's your problem?" and aggressively approached me. I was also assaulted by the person I was arguing with. I have initiated the necessary legal proceedings. This was a hotel I admired from the outside before, but after this incident, their mafia-like behavior was truly disappointing. They might not cause any issues unless there's a disagreement, but in the event of one, they could confront you and act like bullies. Be cautious. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

We stayed 4 nights with our group of 5 friends. We loved the rooms and the staff and even became friends :) They helped us a lot while traveling around Istanbul. Thank you for everything. It was very nice to get to know you… We would like to welcome you in Moscow :))
