Small room with bulky furniture.
Mineral water was given two 135ml cups.
Bedsheets with pilling, low quality bedsheet. Not comfortable to sleep.
Booked for 3 nights but decided to forfeited two nights and booked another hotel nearby.

Very nice hotel, very clean and modern bedrooms and bathroom. It is a great location in the historical centre within walking distance of major landmarks. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was being renovated. Would definitely recommend.

Its very good, clean, lovely staff and near all the shops and attractions easy to get to from hotel, taxi available, breakfast available, the hotel also offer other amenities to do such as hamam and it was amazing! Near really nice restaurants and shops

Had an enjoyable and restful 3 night stay. Room is a little small but clean and comfortable. It’s a great place to explore Sultanahmet as Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and Blue Mosque are only minutes away on foot. Breakfast is served at the rooftop restaurant that has an amazing view of Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. Tram stations, supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The cleanliness was far below expectations-the room did not feel properly cleaned, I had to ask the cleaning lady to tidy up ,otherwise they would not do it. The noise level was a big issue too, make it difficult to get a good sleep. another big problem was the shower, the water temperature was extremely unstable, suddenly turning very hot or cold without warning, i would not recommend this hotel,
