We have stayed for a week. The hotel is great. Hospitality is amazing. Warm and welcoming reception staff, special thanks to Eray👍. The rooms are clean, if needed something quick response. Breakfast was great! Felt like at home. Looking forward to seeing you again 👍!

Great hotel that combines everything a guest could ask for. New, sparkling clean and spacious rooms, perfect service at every spot of the hotel, has a lovely peaceful garden to eat and relax and good location. My special thanks for Eray, an exceptional super hardworking reception manager, who goes out of his way to help his guests with everything, he wows you with super fast service, he understands you and makes you feel super-valued. He gets you a cab in a moment which is really very important in Istanbul where you might struggle with finding cabs. I can`t fault anything at all, 100% recommend! Resepsiyon mudurumuz Eray Bey hayatimda gordugum en misafirperver, is bitirici, yardimci ve caliskan otel host`u. Kendisinin otelin basarisinda payi buyuk bence. Kendisi bana tak diye bir taksi cagirdi 5 dkya taksi geldi ve karsiya beni konforla gecirdi, bunlar Istanbul icin onemli ve buyuk seyler. Eray Bey sayesinde kesinlikle artik hep bu otelde kalacagim, tum uzun ve kisa ziyaretlerimde. Tum ekibe binlerce tesekkurler!

Good quality hotel and perfect if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep. Breakfast was okay. Not a lot of dinner options around the hotel, but would stay again for business in the area

Nothing unique. Veey boring. Difficult to communicate with staff. Unexpected charges (espresso from the bar Ibwas not told while in the vreakfast area that it was extra charge!!!)

Very clean and good service. Room size was good. Breakfast was also very nice.

It's a good place to be for a business visit, not that much around it. There is a small mall next to it, around 10 mins walk and has good restaurant within it and carrefour too.

Reception services, spa and room possibilities are perfect. Very close to many shopping centers. You get good value for your money there. Highly recommended.

It was a great stay for me. Being near to Acibadem University was a great advantage. Staff were really friendly and cooperative. I arrived early in the morning but the receptionist let me have my room on arrival. Breakfast menu was limited but well designed. Overall I was satisfied with this experience and I advise staying in this hotel strongly if you travel for a business or academic activity.

Hotel is in the center of Asian side, new and clean hotel, staff friendly, we come from Istanbul new airport approximately 1 hour,

We come from Europa and we feel at our home in this hotel, breakfas, lunch dinner very nice thank you chef Gokhan, hotel is nearly to our clinic and main roads. Room and public areas clean, staffs are smily every time. They have open car park, it's free of charge, thank you for every think, it's our home in Turkey
