Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Due to a sudden death in my immediate family, my partner and I were no longer able to travel to Turkey and keep our booking. When I requested cancellation and explained the extremely difficult circumstances behind the cancellation I received a very cold response informing me that in future I should book the refundable option. This was extremely upsetting, and when I called the hotel to request further explanation of their response and asked for the hotel to grant a partial refund, the gentleman who took my call interrupted me and spoke over the top of me. I was stunned and hurt by the lack of compassion shown by their employees and the manner in which this situation was handled.

The smallest hotel I have ever stayed at but a very good one. Four stories high with two rooms on each floor. Each person at reception was very helpful and offered good recommendations. We had a lovely room wth a balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well equiped. We had breakfast downstairs but someone would bring breakfast to your room, take it outside downstairs or take it up to the rooftop for you. The location was excellent being an easy walk to the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Grand bazaar. There were also many restaurants nearby. Nothing was too much trouble and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Excellent small hotel in the hearth of old city. Amazing views both from our room and the terrace.Loved attentive staff.Top hospitality indeed.Hotel is super clean and very quiet.Location is the best.Had a wonderful anniversary in Istanbul.Thanks to managers for nice decoration for our anniversary. We will come back for sure

I had a great stay at Mytra Hotel with my family. Our room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and the view from terrace is stunning. Best part of this hotel is also very close to all main attractions. We are planning to come back in summer.

I stayed 4 days. Hotel nice, beautiful breakfast, you can have it in the main restaurant or after helping yourself the waitress will bring it for you as the they have a roof garden with a splendid view. Only criticism I have my room was very very with double bed , not easy to move , maybe because I was only 1 person but I was happy for being in this hotel. The staff where helpful, nice and always welling to help. Thank you Kèmal

Location is the best. Room was neat and bathroom very clean. Very helpful staff made a great itinary for sights in Istanbul.Best Part of the hotel is the views from roof terrace. Simply loved.Be sure of taking fantastic photos.

Photos Non-compliant, be careful, guaranteed scam, I had to leave the next day. Unsanitary, dirty, no hygiene. Disgusting view, I do not recommend this hotel. Dishonest boss, did not want to refund me. I booked through ***********, but he did not want to refund me. So I was forced to cut short my stay in Istanbul because of him, because I was with a 2-year-old child and I ended up on the street. This Mr. Cesar is absolutely dishonest if I am not mistaken. There are positive comments, but I do not understand how, I will share the photos of this hotel with you and I will let you make your own opinion to avoid a nightmare during your stay.
