I was met by a not very friendly administrator, who was quite irritated and then checked me into the wrong room category, I was able to move only after I showed the reservation through the website, there was a nice girl standing next to me who jinxed my opinion of the staff, the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the windows were dirty

The room was big enough but the furniture was poor. Noise came in through a window! Only cold water in the sink, only hot water in the shower; (breakfast was delicious though) Wouldn't recommend the hotel.
