The room was good,staff friendly,the food in the hotel was bad,there is upstairs and downstairs breakfast wich I hated,all guests should have same breakfast or add money at the beginning to the price of the room.
my expectations were a bit high but I was a bit disappointed.
going to Turkey was a good experience.maybe next time I will go to another region in the same country.

The service is very very poor. I have been a Ctrip gold card member for more than five years, and this is the first time I have given a negative review. The whole hotel is a scam.
During the stay, they moved all my personal items (I'm a girl, and all the service staff in this hotel are men), including my underwear, which were directly rolled out of the room, and there are many girls who use it. I won't talk about eighty-eight things. This hotel has ruined all my positive memories of Türkiye.
I stayed here because of a business trip. I checked in late at night, and I had a meeting the next morning. Before I went out, I told the front desk that I would contact the personnel to renew the room. He asked me to renew the room before twelve o'clock, otherwise I would have to check out. The personnel made a reservation for me at 11:50, but the front desk said at 2:00 pm that the credit card deduction failed (that card was successful in other hotels, but his home was not good, and the cash must be paid in person) , In this way, Ctrip couldn't coordinate and asked me to go back and check out within an hour. As a result, it was completely impossible for me to go back within an hour during the meeting. I returned to the hotel after a busy afternoon and found that all my things were packed in a mess in the corner of Datang, and they moved all my personal items (I am a girl, and all the service staff in this hotel are men), including my underwear They all came out of the room directly, and there are many random things that girls use, not to mention. A bit like a small hotel like a domestic inn, the queen room is made up of two single beds. The environment is so-so but the price is cheap, which is very suitable for poor travel. Sprinkle cat food on the window and cats will jump up to eat it~

Friendly staff and service - hotel was always clean and welcoming! A relaxing stay for our 4-day trip. The room was comfortable and bright, with excellent views over the river. Would happily stay here again, if given the opportunity. Well done team!

Staff were very friendly and gave good recommendations for local food and activities which was perfect for me as I’d never been to Istanbul before. The room was very clean and hotel was very central to a lot of restaurants and local amenities.

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Resep & Kazim were exceptional. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I’m looking forward to coming back again later this year. The food was good for breakfast. We didn’t use the lovely restaurant at the top with a view because they only had one vegetarian option.
