It is a conveniently located hotel in Laleli. It is clean, housekeeping does great job. Breakfast is abundant and you get what you pay for. One of the things I did not like was you can’t get a second card for the room. Staff will gladly escort you and open the door for you though. Nevertheless I find it quite bizarre.

An interesting hotel. Located in a very good area, close to the Grand Bazaar (a few minutes walk), tram station, many shops, restaurants. It is a beautiful building, even if it is older, with a small terrace in the entrance area, on the street, a bar on the ground floor, a very nice indoor pool and a restaurant on the top floor from where you have a view of a large area of the city. The bar is open non-stop. Coffee and tea are free 24/24 for hotel guests. The rooms have somewhat older furniture, but well maintained and are very clean. The food at the restaurant is very good. The staff is very kind and polite, ready to help at any time if needed. I will gladly come back here.

Fabulous!!! Practically perfect stay!!! Central and strategic position to reach the most important objectives of the city in just a few minutes on foot! Very thorough cleaning down to the smallest detail and daily supplies of courtesy set! Very varied sweet and savory breakfast for all tastes!! Spa practically DREAM!! Friendly staff (especially the bartender Nejla... I apologize if I spelled the name wrong!)... very helpful at any time! We will definitely be back!!!

Are Hotel are placed near by from Grand Bazar and University, Rooms are very clean and staff very kindly, 24h in the lobby are free bar for turkish cafe and tea! Breakfast included and various kind of dishes, Don't miss to reserve rooms, The price are good!

This hotel is lovely, clean rooms, fresh towels each day and a great breakfast included. However, if you book it expecting to use the pool BEWARE!!!! Pool is not open at all on a Sunday, so we asked when it will be open. Monday, after 3 they said. So after a hot walk around the Bazaar, we go back to hotel to have a swim. Oh no we didn't...... They wanted to charge us 10 euros each to use the pool!!! We told them we are paying guests but no still wanted 10 euros, to which we declined. This is not stated on their website and neither of us have ever been guests at a hotel with a pool that charges it's guests before .... Shocking!!!!
