From the moment we stepped in we knew we had made a great choice. Stunning hotel so grand and the rooms are massive. In a great location with a beautiful roof top bar. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Palazzo Donizzeti Hotel in Istanbul and had a great experience overall. The hotel is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The rooms were comfortable, though we did have an issue with the air conditioning on our first night. The staff tried to fix it, and when they couldn’t, they moved us to a new room the next day, which was much better. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day. Despite the initial hiccup with the AC, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Istanbul.

Firstly, I thank the Trip program for the excellent prices, secondly, I would like to talk a little about the hotel. In terms of the hotel, it is a beautiful and clean building and has all the services, and its location is also beautiful. On the negative side, the rooms do not have soundproofing, which means that you cannot sleep until 4 in the morning because of the music sound from outside the hotel, and the other thing is that the person in charge of breakfast does not have a way to deal with customers, and his name is ********, and he is not honest in what he says regarding breakfast timings, I prefer to ask the reception about breakfast on all days of the week. They also asked us to pay for sweets and drinks which was not available in a room , so Just argue with them if you did not use the food available in the room, if any

I just stayed one night at the hotel. it is a very nice place indeed. the rooms need maintenance especially the showers. bath towels should be replaced by ones of better quality. the hotel personel is very polite and helpful.

A very good hotel. The hotel is in a good location, right next to Istiklal Avenue and very close to the Şişhane subway station. You can get there by taking the M11 from the airport and then changing to the M2. The hotel itself is more than a hundred years old and still retains the European classical architectural style, which is very beautiful. Breakfast is eaten in the restaurant on the top floor, and the view from the restaurant is very, very beautiful. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. We arrived early, and the front desk staff checked us in early when there was a vacancy. Thank you very much. Next time I go to Istanbul, I will choose to stay in this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

The location of this hotel was great. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The staff are all very kind. The breakfast has a wide variety of items.

The hotel was very beautiful! You can walk to Galata Tower. The front desk staff were very kind and helped us with our luggage and explained everything to us. They also called a taxi for us, and it was cheap if you called one from the hotel.

Overall, the hotel was a pleasant experience. We were checked into room 213 with windows facing a quiet street. There were no workers at the nearby construction site, so it was quiet. The room has everything you need, but there are some nuances: it is dark (very little lighting), there is mold in the tile joints in the shower, the water in the shower is slightly warm. Breakfasts are typical for Istanbul hotels, there is enough fruit, pastries, cheeses and greens. There is a very beautiful terrace where breakfasts are served. The hotel staff is responsive and pleasant.

Excellent hotel, I recommend it

The hotel has a great atmosphere inside and outside. It may be a little disturbing to sleep at night near the bar street, but overall it is still very good.

Beautiful hotel with 19th century decoration, wooden furniture, breakfast room with sublime rooftop view of the Bosphorus. Downsides: 1/next to a discotheque room so sometimes noisy until 3 a.m. despite double glazing; 2/very small swimming pool in the basement 5mx4 m

Conveniently located hotel with polite staff, rooms with high ceilings and spacious. There were no problems with late check-in. The view from the cafe during breakfast is amazing. Breakfast is a regular buffet
