Very helpful and friendly staff from minute when we arrived. Breakfast delicious.Also, Hotel is very close for shopping in Grand Bazar only 3 minutes walk. Definitely will recommend. Everything was as expected.we have some evening meals to and was also delicious.

An amazing hotel, it is very clean and comfortable. The staff are so helpful and accommodating and service is with a smile. The location is amazing within a few steps of Beyazit tram station and grand bazaar there is a very slight hill but only a few steps and not an issue even with my bad knee. Breakfast was good and I saw staff being accommodating. Even to late comers. I highly recommend this hotel, for price, location and above all the service received from all staff.

Very well located hotel in Istanbul,in front of Grand Bazar. Elegant and warm atmosphere ,absolutely gorgeous, professional and extremely kind staff, exemplary cleanliness, varied and tasty breakfast. Not to be missed if you visit IstanbulI,warmly recommend.

Fantastic location, very clean. A room with extended balcony made our stay perfect. Ms. Tuana, Mr. Velit, Mr. Abdi and other stuff were so polite, friendly and professional, ready to make your staying comfy. Definitely coming back to Balin hotel again.

A lovely little hotel, friendly staff, rooms were very clean but a little small, trouble placing our large suitcases, restaurant for breakfast was clean and food was traditional Turkish. Our transport from the airport could not find the hotel

Hôtel with best location in old city all monuments arround Tramway and bus station 50 meters Hotel need some renovation especially main floor Staff was great and professional during our stay Breakfast was OK. Need more diversity and options

Everything was excellent at Balin Boutique Hotel! People were so nice to us and breakfats was delicious! Really worth to stay here when you come to Istanbul! The hotel manager is so kind! Excellent choice! Hotel is in a very good area of Istanbul and it is easy to acess transportation!
