It is the second time we are staying here, very friendly a**osphere, assistant before arrival via Whatsapp, reach breakfast. Location in most popular area in the city, but quite, not much traffic. We got our room early than check in time and have posibility to leave our luggage till our transfer. Thanks to Faruk, he was very professional and helpful. See you next visit in Istanbul.

Disappointed. when i looked at the web page, i thought it was a clean and beautiful hotel. but after i checked in, i found the facilities and the conditions were not good. the door of bath room couldn't be closed. and there is a bad smell (like from drain) in the room.

Out of season holiday with elderly parents. As soon as we saw the very dangerous and very steep spiral staircase we realized it was not the place for elderly people. We had to cancel the booking made with an important online company who fortunately understood the problem. It does not comply with any European safety standards. Overall narrow and old rooms. Plaster on the walls collapsed, bathroom tiles repainted with spray paint, filis uncovered, bathroom drain broken. TV with two working Turkish channels. The rooms had not been cleaned, there was no toilet paper in one room and I had to ask for tea bags: we found the drawers dirty and with a scarf inside. Dirty breakfast glasses. Also difficult to reach, the taxi drops you off before a ruined staircase. The road is currently being rebuilt. Pros: Fast WiFi; friendly and polite staff; central position.
