 The first impression of the room is very poor. The window did not close, there was a noise in the bathroom from a fan that did not let me sleep and when you turned on the light, the bathroom fan made a lot of noise. The shower screen in the bathroom did not have doors to close so all the water came out when you showered and it took a long time for the hot water to arrive. The beds did not have a top sheet and the bedspread and duvet were very dirty.
I could not have breakfast because I had a very early flight, so I cannot rate it.

I did not take this hotel and stay. I paid with Hautre hotel. Comfort istanbul hotel the location very risky for a trader. this is not a hotel these apartments do not have assansseure do not have equipment. I made a mistake for this reservation. I paid 109€. May live no apartments. I paid a high reservation in Istanbul. Wrong hotel and booking

Awful hotel that i have ever seen in the world i think bad quality , bad cleaness, bad services, cold water for bathroom, awful and very very bad breakfast. In totally i and other people that we travel with each other are unsatisfied and this hotel make bad travel for us.

The worst experience of my life!! I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 am, already when I got to the reception the boy smelled really bad. When we went up to the rooms on the dark spiral stairs with the carpet torn in many places I knew that our stay would not be ok! When we got to the rooms and saw the state of the curtains, the bed linen simply filthy, not to mention the overwhelming smell, I didn't even want to go into the bathroom to see what it looked like, I mean, besides the noise from the fan, an indescribable mess, in the second 2 me and the rest of the girls at 2 am went to look for another place to sleep and left from there!!! I do not recommend this hotel in any way, if it can be called a hotel, if I had to eat breakfast there I am sure I would have gotten hepatitis!!! 1 min from this hotel is a super nice and clean hotel and to high standards with large clean spacious rooms and very good food!!!!

We have visited the Hammam at the comfort hotel. We were a group and booked for 6 ladies. When booking the lady confirmed there would be a therapist for each of the ladies. We got here only to see 4 therapists. They promised a package of sauna, massage and hammam. Massage was good however they then said the sauna is closed and refused to even refund a small amount for the loss of it. The man at the front desk was so rude. He said it’s not his responsibility at all. He had nothing to do with it. The hammam bath was good but we were not given a new mitt it was the same one being used over and over again.

I’ll start with the good points: it’s in a central location for trams and historical sights with plenty of restaurants on its doorstep. Downside: It’s not suitable for anyone with a walking disability (or has some form of mobility issues). Hotel is situated an extremely steep road with a couple of steep steps to get into the hotel itself. Once inside all the rooms are up a spiral staircase with some rather narrow steps. The lights in the hallways are on a timer and don’t always pick up movement so at times you’re walking in pitch darkness. There’s several places where there’s holes in the walls with exposed wires and cables which I felt was unsafe. At first glance the room looks clean but outdated as walls could do with a paint. The air vent in the bathroom was filthy showing it hadn’t been cleaned in months if not years. The room was tiny with the bathroom being so small the toilet was literally on the shower area. The ‘buffet breakfast’ was limited at best. Consisting of ham, cheese, tomato’s, cucumber, jam and bread. Nothing even remotely filling. The staff although friendly on the surface never engaged with any customers besides a smile and a hello and even then that’s when I stated it. In a nutshell avoid like the plague. As there’s 100% better, safer cheaper hotels within walking distance.

My 2 friends and I turned up yesterday at the Comfort Hotel and they accommodated the 3 of us for a Turkish Bath experience. The lady in concierge was lovely who booked us in and said she had space for all 3 of us. First of all we went into the sauna for ten minutes then we were washed down and then we were given a lovely hour massage from head to toe, this really was wonderful then we were given a salt scrub and washed down with a sponge, it was absolutely fantastic and very cheap under £20 per person. I would definitely go here again and recommend using the spa, it wasn't fancy but just what you need cheap and refreshing.

I rested from 06/14/2023 to 06/19/2023 at the Istanbul Comfort Hotel (3***), rating 4.5/5, good budget accommodation (for my money 5/5, vacationers said that they come back here, and this is a good sign of trust) , there has never been such a thing as “what a horror, a nightmare.” I bought a tour to Pegasus on the recommendation of a friend from another travel company. 1. The transfer is good and comfortable, the guides are friendly Turks, speak Russian very well, cool professional guys - 5/5 from this point. 2. Hotel - there is a minimum of comfort, it was possible to have a normal rest. The air conditioner was working, there was a mini refrigerator, a TV, they cleaned/kept order every day, they served themselves as much breakfast as they wanted (beautiful view of the sea from the roof). Friendly service staff, they weren’t rude, it didn’t feel like they had only business/money on their minds, there were never any abusive/argumentative moments. Of the minuses: the door did not lock when you were in the room, only the door to the bathroom was locked, at the reception they said that there were no people on the left, there was nothing to be afraid of, sleep peacefully, and there was no curtain in the shower yet, that’s all the minuses. The bed linen is not the freshest, overall the hotel rating is 4.5/5. The location of the hotel in the tourist center is very good. 3. Pegasus - very good service 5/5, starting with the managers who humanely helped with the selection of a tour in a short time and everyone else who was involved in the service throughout the entire vacation were specialists who knew what they should (there were amazing moments of care) .
