Our room was a disappointment. On the 3rd floor, climbing up is exhausting. The bathroom is cold and the whole thing floated during one shower. The toilet was not fixed, so it moved every time we used it. Some of the toiletries described in the equipment are not available (bathrobe, conditioner) The slippers are useless. The sheets are wrinkled like they have been used before, the towels are stained and have holes. We had no heating for 4 out of 8 nights, sometimes they were able to fix it, sometimes not. The air conditioner does not work in heating mode. During our stay there, a shower cabin was installed, disturbing our rest and we could not use the shower for 24 hours. We boxed this down to 3 hours. There will be no water for part of one night followed by hot water. The breakfast buffet is not very abundant. The icing on the cake was the last morning. We asked for an earlier time for breakfast at 7:30, because we had to leave for the airport at 8. The lady serving breakfast made a fuss and, after several requests, she was willing to serve us, so that we brought bread for breakfast ourselves, and then she didn't even give us a phlegmatic answer. All this so that it was paid for and we agreed on the next day. We did not receive any compensation or refund for the inconvenience. We were, and are, very disappointed.
