An amazing hotel with some of the best service and friendliest people. The breakfast was the highlight and the knowledge of the staff was invaluable when planning our itinerary. I loved the room themes and loved the Agatha Christie room which was extremely comfortable. Best bed I’ve slept in, in a hotel in a long time.
Thank you for the amazing stay and I would definetly come again.
Downside were the restaurants near the hotel…a bit of a tourist trap with everything costing three times the amount it should. Rather eat where the locals go. Lots of amazing places to eat near the grand bazaar.

Prime location right next time to Topkapi Palace. Every attraction is within walking distance. The breakfast they served is delicious. Amazing view from the bedroom.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. Well located and the breakfasts are tasty, although a bit monotonous. The staff is hospitable and helpful.
Now about the downsides: a noisy room next to the entrance - a conversation with the administrator can be heard as if he is 2 meters away from you. I asked for a double, they promised to satisfy the request, but in fact there were two pushed together beds. Every midnight the Internet was disconnected, which in itself is inconvenient (after all, it took 3-4 minutes to turn it on), but on the last night, that is, 12 hours before check-out, the password (my passport) stopped working. I am sure you can overcome the last problem quite quickly if you want.

The room is large and the terrace is also very large. It is very warm and comfortable, especially suitable for a family of four. Very close to Sofia and the Blue Mosque. However, because it is a scenic spot, the places to eat around are very expensive.
