I have met 6 of the staff members during my one night here and they were sll soooo cute! Very helpful and always gave me a smile. Superhappy with everything. Location was also perfect!

Other than a good location, we struggled with our stay here. Our room was directly next to a lift and the walls are thin so we were being woken up at all hours. It also stank of cigarette smoke. We asked to change rooms but we’re denied by a fairly rude receptionist. The room otherwise was nice enough. The pool was freezing and dirty, with the step ladders falling off. For the price, it was slightly below what I would expect.

Excellent location near to everything. Metro is 2-3min walk. All popular food places around there. Taksim is always very busy place and staying there you can’t miss anything.
Staff is very helpful and very supportive. Especially Umit gulsoy he was very friendly and he helped rus and guided us

This hotel is very close to Taksim Square. Not very helpful at reception, had a to wait a few minutes to be assisted. Room was very basic and needs updating. Food delivery is weird but wasn’t there long so it’s ok.

Breakfast has a great selection, price was really good for the junior suite and the service was good.
Not very much English speaking so hard to communicate at times. Spa offer is great.
