High price and low service

The restaurant at Blue Arcadia is great, with a panoramic view of Istanbul on the 9th floor. The breakfast is very good, with someone serving orders. The facilities in the hotel room are average and a little old. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor, and we couldn't see the Blue Mosque, but only a roof. Another thing to complain about is that on the day we arrived, a gray-haired uncle at the hotel came to the front desk to receive us. When we checked in on the day of arrival, he made us wait for a long time and chatted with two European old ladies. In the next few days, we never said hello when we came in and out. Obviously, there are some ideas and discrimination against Asians. Compared with him, the hotel receptionist who took the box and the young man at the front desk would greet us. Very friendly.
