The hotel is located within walking distance of Taksim metro station. I was satisfied with a junior sweet room which was quite comfy and the most I liked was the bathtub. However, you could hear people talking in front of the room. Anyway, overall is good.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Taksim district, this has good and bad things. I am going to start with the bad ones that were the reason why the score I give the hotel is not higher. If after touring the city, walking a lot and enjoying how beautiful Istanbul is you want to rest, charge energy and sleep, this is not the Hotel you should choose. it is almost impossible to sleep until 4am, the noise from the street is unbearable, the music, the shouts of the people, the police sirens (the police station is attached to the building)... all this is a cocktail that does not allow you to rest . Now, if what you want is fun and falling asleep at that time, you are in the right place. The good thing about location is that you are close to everything, public transport, shops, restaurants, etc… The attention of the hotel staff is very good, they are kind, helpful and friendly. always wanting to help you with whatever you need. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, they are in the final stage and starting to need some maintenance or renovation, but still everything is good and cleanliness is good. They leave you a big bottle of water every day next to the water heater, coffee and tea. There is a small refrigerator too. It does not have a safe, this caught my attention. The breakfast is correct, a little poor since there are no fruits and the juices are not natural. You have to ask them to replace the things that are missing or run out, and in many cases the answer was, there is no more! Something important to mention is that breakfast is on the 6th floor, and the elevator only goes up to the 5th, so if someone has difficulty climbing the stairs, this will be a problem. A very bad experience for my parents who went to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. They paid for a room of one value and upon arrival they were given a room of a lower price and they were going to be charged a supplement to give them the room they had initially paid for. They paid for a tour with the hotel staff that provides guide service, and made the mistake of paying 200 USD in advance, the guide arrived before the scheduled time and as they were not at the front desk waiting for him, he left without telling them. They did not return the money and did not give them any tour. The hotel staff was not friendly at all, on the contrary very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL if they are not capable of providing a customer service that gives solutions and not, as in the case of my parents, problems. Especially taking into account that they are very adult people who want to have a comfortable trip and with the minimum possible setbacks.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel durant 3 nuits et ce fut une vraie déception. Voici un résumé des points positifs et négatifs: Points positifs : - Proximité de la place Taksim et de l'avenue Istiklal bouillonnante - suite junior spacieuse et bien équipée avec un coin bureau pratique pour travailler ainsi qu'un large canapé - Belle terrasse au 6è étage pour prendre son petit déjeuner - Le 5è étage est plus calme que les étages inférieurs et est préservé du vacarme des rues environnantes, mais pas de celui des voisins incivilisés Points négatifs : - mauvais rapport qualité/prix - Les photos des chambres sont trompeuses et paraissent beaucoup plus belles que la réalité, il suffit de voir les photos que je joins à mon avis ici, c'est ça la réalité - Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, surtout si vous avez la malchance de tomber sur des voisins impolis qui ne savent pas parler sans hurler (non, ce ne sont ni des japonais ni des norvégiens) - chambre en mauvais état, avec des traces de mégots de cigarettes sur le canapé et la chaise de bureau, de larges rayures sur le parquet, des défaults flagrants au niveau des finitions et des joints ainsi que de la peinture, la réalité est beaucoup moins flatteuse que les photos exposées sur internet - Pb d'ouverture de ma porte par carte magnétique, j'ai dû descendre et remonter plusieurs fois au 5è étage pour que le problème soit enfin résolu par un employé sérieux - accueil froid, à la limite de la politesse, les employés de l'accueil manquent sérieusement du minimum des qualités requises pour ce type de métier... 3 d'entre eux ne me croyaient pas quand je leur disait que leur foutu badge n'ouvrait pas la porte, et s'échangeaient des sourires, il a fallu que 2 d'entre eux montent et constatent par eux même le problème - minibar avec le mimimum du minimum : pour une suite digne du nom de suite, une machine nespresso ou équivalente ne serait pas de trop - Petit déjeuner décevant, pas bon, avec du jus industriel, du café très moyen même pas turc ni italien, et avec très peu de variétés pour le sucré
