We stayed here for 3 nights ,friendly and welcoming stuff ,room was good size ,nice and clean with tea and coffee facilities,the only issue was not having an iron,breakfast could be better .highly recommend and would definitely visit again 🙂

Avoid this hotel with all costs.I booked a room for 2 people days with breakfeast,in the first morning my wife went to bufet and grab two coffes in our room.In 2 seconds phone rang in our room and someone from the staff startted to scream that we are not alowed to have breakfest because we didn t paid for.I talked to manager i show it my reservation on the phone with breakfeast included but he told me "i am sorrry i see on my computer room only without breakfest".In the second morning someone from the front desk rang the phone in our room at 6AM in the morning "by mistake".Staff is very rude and put me in a embarrasing situation.The wiew from the room is in an empty wall from the back yard.Also curly hair all over the bed and pillows.Avoid this hotel.

The location is very good, and the surrounding area is much safer than the sea side. You can also walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The building has a so-called historical feel, was well-cleaned, and the interior was elegant, not sloppy. Are the people at the front desk family too? They responded in a very friendly manner. There is a room on the roof and the view there is good.

A true 4 star hotel within a few minutes walking distance to Sultanahmet Square. Very clear and quiet and the staff are brilliant. Next time I come Istanbul I’ll look no further.

The staff was kind and friendly. It looked a bit different from the pictures on *******. Overall experience was good and it was near tourist attractions. It’s on a hill so it’s a bit difficult to walk.
