The location is good , everything around the hotel, booked the room with breakfast is not the best choice because the breakfast there is very simple for that price, so you can have a nice breakfast around the hotel , to be honest the staff in this hotel is not that warmly welcoming at all except the housekeeper name emir is very good person

Tourist scam. They offer good prices but when you arrive at the hotel, the room is not what they advertise. Rooms in the basement, noise all night, blocked windows... Then they say you need to pay extra if you want another room. Trip.com did not provide any solution. Stay away from this place.

The location is excellent but this can never be a 4 star hotel The sockets didn't work The flush in the toilet doesn't work Refrigerator doesn't work Breakfast like a 2 star hotel Long queue for a coffee Luckily we only stayed one night A 2 star hotel is never 4 star

The location of the hotel is perfect. The basement rooms are bad with very bad smells :( The services are below average. I advise to book on a website and not on site because at the reception they offer you rooms with exorbitant prices (profiteers) Pay attention! As for the breakfast I find it bad too.

The hotel was nice and the employees were nice as well but they don't offer you to have seat even I was with huge bag pack. (it was my case and experience) . The other thing is that they have a phone number to contact them for help but they DO NOT answer it. I asked them to arrange a taxi for me but I DID NOT have an answer. I had to get a taxi from the airport. Taxi driver charged me 1.450 Liras. The taxi fom the hotel cost me 700 Liras (almost half). I would have safe that money and feel my ore safe . I was really nervous because I didn't know how much the taxi was going to be.

I had a bad experience in this hotel, and i won't be trusting ******* again with my hotel choices. I originally booked the room with a sea view, when the staff saw that my booking was through *******, they gave me a city view room for disabled people. The view from the room was horrible, and the whole experience was completely different than what I anticipated, and when i tried to ask for change, they offered the room i had originally asked for with an extra 35 euros per night. Very disappointing experience, hotel is very overrated, and customer experience was a fail.

Bad service No internet Elevator not work, had to use stair to the 8 floor Poor customer I had surgery and they dint let my guest come to my room to check on me. This was a horrible experience

I booked a room for myself &my sister, I couldn’t make it because my husband was hospitalised , when my sister went to the room she found it very dirty , dirty bathroom & toilet , the bed was the worst , dirty sheets withe Little insects crawling on the BED, also the room was smelly too, smell of cigarettes and damp, it was like the windows were not opened for a long time. She rang me and explain, I got so upset and ask her to go to the reception & explain the room’s situation , any way there was nobody to help , my sister asked them please come & see the room, the lady at the reception said I’m on my own and can not leave , after a while they gave her a room, She stayed 3 days on that room . After 3 days they asked her to pay $40.00 for each day she spend on that room, they took $120.00 from her, My sister was my guest, I didn’t want her to pay anything , I want you to get a refund and get my sister’s money from them, They were very unfair toward my sister.

Terrible place to stay. These guys are scammers. They will ask 120euro per night to extra charge if you want the room as in photo. Very very poor breakfast. If your neighbour sneezes you can hear :) Impossible to sleep more than 10AM as the cleaning guys vaccuum cleaners will wake you up,

Not enjoying Poor Breakfast & buffet not clean Noisy But bosphorus view is the best
