The hotel is strategically located in the old city. The room was a bit small and it was difficult to wait for the electric shaver. After all, it’s an old city, so the house requirements shouldn’t be too strict. The roads are not very easy to walk, and it’s not easy to push large luggage.

The location of the hotel was very central and close to everything. The only little minus is that the rooms are a bit poorly sound proofed, but if you wake up early to explore the city this shouldn't be a major issue. The most exceptional service, warmth and professionalism I have encountered from many travels, was by Melissa in the reception. Hope she is being acknowledged rightfully.

The Hotel is a nice position close to the histoy sites of Istanbul. The staff is friendly and we had zero problems. The breakfast is tradition (not international) The room was old and would benefit from a refresh however it had all we needed and it was clean.

Review is for restaurant and bar: A nice pavement terrace which we visited a number of times. The restaurant was also good with the typical Istanbul menu. The chap who served us was friendly and attentive and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.
