Location was very good. But that’s it.

I booked a twin bed on Ctrip, but when I got there, I was told that the twin bed in the room would cost an extra 40 euros.

The location is very convenient, close to many shops on Independence Street

The hotel is dirty and the front desk has a bad attitude. Last time I checked in, I had diarrhea after having breakfast. This is a scam hotel, don't stay here. The address you left is different from the address you checked in. I searched for 10 minutes in the heavy rain before I found it. The twin room I booked had to be a double room. It would be fine if the hotel didn't have twin rooms. The problem was that they wouldn't give me a twin room and asked me to pay more. He was a liar. Hotel, avoid this one.

Very excellent location, and wonderful workers

The facilities are very old, even a bit shabby, and the location is near the square. The airport bus arrived and I found it after following a long circle on Google Navigation.

Ideal location, medium-sized rooms, but a terrible hum of motors from the ventilation, the windows were in the courtyard, it was not possible to sleep even with the windows closed. I asked to change, changed an hour later to the same thing only 2 floors above. The rooms are very clean. The equipment is all broken, a TV without a remote control, a hair dryer of the king of peas.

Hotel location is good, rooms like hostel. Need redtoration

I visited taksim hill an aguest The location is perfect especially for tourism purposes.The clening service is perfect and staff are really friendly.Although I emphsized to have a taksim view room,they didn't consider that and I had to pay extra for that!If you are sensitive to noises,taksim view is not recommended due to consistent soundsof siens during the night.Moreover, the breakfast dosen't have much variety but good in terms of quality

Amazing service but when I told them my window is not closing they put duct tape on it and it worked (somehow) and the internet kept stopping and even when it doesn’t stop you need to be infront of your door or just outside of your room so it can work, what I am trying to say is that their range of internet isn’t good and their elevator is very tight and small, so small that when someone is in the elevator he closes it on us so it doesn’t get too close. But there are some other good things like the food at room 9, it is amazing one of the best breakfasts i had in turkey, and the location of the hotel is very nice, definitely a must, I am coming here again next time in turkey (with an internet)

Great location, In heart of Taksim Square, Breakfast is good at top floor with beautiful view, reception people are very welcome. The room was good, spacious enough, but first floor was so noisy, was celebrating 100 years of Republic.

Plz avoid employees r rude and impolite and the hotel is a night mare no AC - mini bar is not working, old and dirty furniture and the front seat & manager r unprofessional & aggressive . We were a group of 5 and some of us couldn’t stay and left the hotel after the first night

Amazing veiw over taksim and bosphorus Very good typical 4 star Staff are very helpful Very clean rooms Restrooms in 3 bed rooms are so big and tidy but in 2 bed room they are a bit small. They should improve the quality a bit by putting the phone number to reception and room service.
