Tomtom Suites

It feels like British service. We were given an upgraded room when we checked in. Although it's not a suite, it has a lot of space, a comfortable bathroom, and a delicious restaurant. Full marks 💯

The room I booked is a big suite. This is a very stylish hotel, and the decoration, basic facilities, furnishings, and basic services can fully reach the level of a five-star hotel. But the hotel itself is not large, so it is naturally much quieter than a large hotel. The hotel is in a good location, right in front of the Italian Consulate. Go out and walk uphill to the right for ten minutes to the famous Istiklal Avenue. It takes only ten minutes to walk to Istanbul's most important T1 light rail. Quiet, safe, and comfortable are the main features of the hotel. The view from the hotel breakfast restaurant is great, which must be refreshing. The only drawback is that when I went to the rooftop restaurant to consume at night, the waiter was a little cold, which contrasted with the other services of the hotel.

This hotel is perfect, better than I expected! Location: quiet, convenient transportation, many choices of restaurants and convenience stores around. Very close to Istiklal Avenue and T1 light rail lines. (There will be some hilly roads, but it is almost the same throughout Istanbul, so it should not be a problem) Room: The room we stayed in was spacious and bright, and we could see part of the sea. The facilities in the room were also very good. Breakfast: exquisite, rich, with local characteristics, good service, and the local specialty snacks, freshly squeezed orange juice, will be actively served to guests. Most importantly, everyone I met in this hotel was very friendly. We especially want to thank a white-haired gentleman at the front desk. Although the hotel check-in time is 3 pm, we arrived at the hotel at around 7:40 because the flight arrived very early. It was raining outside at the time, and he said we were lucky that the previous guests had checked out, and they would clean up and we could check in at 9 o'clock. And before that, the hotel also gave us breakfast for the day, and asked us to sit for a while, and he took us to the top floor restaurant for breakfast at 8 o'clock. This arrangement is so thoughtful, it really considers the guests, and we feel his sincerity! After more than ten hours of flight, his arrangement made me fall in love with this hotel and this city at once~ The hotel's top floor restaurant is a Michelin star with an unbeatable view~ We stayed here for three nights. The hotel is right next to the Italian Consulate and very peaceful. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The view from the breakfast location is beautiful. Nice staff, perfect location, can’t wait until next time

Their service quality is very high and the rooms are good. The hotel’s restaurant is Michelin 1 with local characteristics. ⭐️The restaurant needs to be booked in advance, and the breakfast quality is also very high. It is only 150 meters to Independence Street, very convenient

The room was very nice, the best room in the hotel, with a terrace, very big. The roof of the terrace can be opened via a remote control device, turning it into an open-air space with vegetables grown by the chef himself. Next to the room is the Michelin restaurant, where breakfast and room service are provided. You can order meals to eat on the terrace of your room and enjoy a large terrace. The croissants for breakfast were great. Opposite the hotel is the Italian Embassy in Türkiye, which has high security. It’s just that the slope around the hotel is a bit steep and walking is a bit difficult...
