I had a terrible experience at Nova Plaza Hotel. The hotel was not clean, and the breakfast was extremely disappointing—very poor selection. We left a note requesting the room to be cleaned, but when we returned in the afternoon, nothing had been done. The receptionist explained that the housekeeper leaves early and could not clean the room, so we were given towels and bed linens to fix it ourselves. We ended up cleaning the room on our own. Despite leaving a note for the manager, no action was taken, and we never received any communication from him. This hotel is definitely not a 4-star establishment.

Everything was great. Amazing employees. They helped me about everything. They’re suggesting me to where can I visit. If you don’t have any idea where you can visit, just ask them they will help you. Breakfast also is really good. I highly recommend this hotel

the hotel rroms was good and clean and hotel has good location. staff was helpful. but breakfast was terrible. you cant find a delicious things and all of the dishes was dirty. plates, forks and... wasnt clean and ir was a terrible. other things not bad.

The worst and dirtiest hotel in Istanbul the rooms are very small and very dirty and no cleaning until you ask them and they not refreshing the rooms is really bad hotel and never go there not recommend at all very bad experience we was family all disappointed

I stayed in this hotel two days ago and yesterday the disaster happened! I left $600 in cash in my room, but not in the safe. When I came back, the money was gone! I reported to the hotel management, but they did not help. They even told me that I had to prove it was stolen and suggested that maybe one of the hotel staff had taken it! In addition, the hotel entrance card was broken every time we tried to enter or exit and we had to wait for it to be replaced. This problem always happens to us, and we lose a lot of time. But the next disaster: cleaning the rooms! Cleaning was done only 1 times during our two-day stay and that too very late! Today on the island tour, one of my companions said that his friend had a terrible experience in this hotel. His money was also stolen from his room and the hotel management did nothing! We have decided not to step foot in this dirty and messy hotel again, and we strongly suggest you do the same. The management of this hotel not only ignores the thieves, but with indifference and disorganization, it creates an unpleasant and annoying stay for the guests.
