The location is wonderful, in walking distance to major attractions, shops and restaurants. Rooms are small but provide reasonable accommodation. Breakfast is served at Sister Hotel next door, and it's probably the worst breakfast we ever had. We also had dinner included on half board, food is nice but you are given whatever restaurant decides on the day. No choice and drinks are very expensive compared to other restaurants in the area.

Nice staff etc and though location is in Karakoy it’s by a large road which means it was extremely noisy all night. Hotel itself okay.

The hotel service was excellent and the staff were very friendly especially Hakan, Ulzhan, Gokhan and others.👍The breakfast at the restaurant was good and the service was superb. 👍The hotel is ideally located near the Metro and Tram stations that are well connected to the places of interest namely Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Spice Bazaar, Grand Bazaar, palace, museum and etc. We really enjoyed our 6 nights stay at The Halic hotel. 👍

It is very close to the old town, and you can explore the scenery of the old town on foot. The Galata Tower is also very close, and it only takes 25 minutes to walk back from Independence Avenue. However, it is very noisy here at night, and many people like to play music while driving, so you need to wear earplugs to sleep.

The neighborhood is unsafe, and the shops on both sides are closed at night. Not recommended. The hotel asked for an extra 400 yuan for the second person in a double room. The front desk service is poor and takes advantage of tourists.

The hotel is good, the rooms are clean and cozy. The embankment is 2 minutes away, Gala Port is 10 minutes away. It's also not long to walk to Istiklal, but it's a bit difficult uphill (but Istanbul is like that 🙃). The street itself, where the hotel is located, is dirty and there are a lot of hardware stores. The lack of a good grocery store nearby adds to the discomfort. I also didn't like that only the first floors are allocated for clients with dogs. I want to feel comfortable and not infringed.

No problem. The room is big and the staff is very nice. Because I stayed here twice, I got a room upgrade and dessert for the second time. It’s better than the ones sold outside. The location is in the middle of the old city in the south and the new European city in the north. It is a ten-minute walk from Galata Bridge and Galata Tower. The room is overall good, the furniture design and layout are reasonable, and it is very convenient to store things and live. But the room is a bit small and the shower room is cramped. The bedding is very average, and the level of toiletries is not high. I booked a sea view room. Unfortunately, there is a dilapidated old building with no aesthetics on the left half opposite. It is not worth paying 30% more for the room. On the contrary, because it faces the street and is close to the bridge, the roar and noise of vehicles are endless. , thinking it would be better if there were fewer cars at night, but it never stopped from day to night. The hotel's service is quite good. The reception and service staff are friendly and courteous. The lady who received me was very warm and sincere. In addition, the restaurant on the 9th floor has a good view and the service attitude is very good, which smoothed my disappointment with the room. Quite a few.
