The 9.5k room didn't even have a welcome fruit...
There was a fat staff member who was very friendly
Some staff at the front desk were negligent

The room I arranged at the beginning was close to the roadside, and the next day I changed to the one next to the strait. It is very good. I will stay in the hotel and restaurant next time. The atmosphere in the evening is very good, and the breakfast is very good. It is as expected and is in charge of us. The butler is very nice, great guy

Exceptional service in a hotel which was excellent in every way. Outstanding food and facilities. Wonderful location overlooking the Bosphorus and superb room with a terrace. Batuhan was a first class butler - nothing was too much trouble and requests were efficiently actioned. Couldn’t fault it - hope to be back one day

Stayed here for 3 nights in December at the tail end of our trip to the middle east. We stayed in 2 connecting rooms utilizing the family rate which basically gets you the second room at 50%. The rooms were immaculate. The breakfast spread was extensive. I did try out a hammam treatment that was very unique and enjoyable. We also had drinks at night along with hookah on the terrace on the bosphorous. Overall a very enjoyable experience
