The 9.5k room didn't even have a welcome fruit...
There was a fat staff member who was very friendly
Some staff at the front desk were negligent

The room I arranged at the beginning was close to the roadside, and the next day I changed to the one next to the strait. It is very good. I will stay in the hotel and restaurant next time. The atmosphere in the evening is very good, and the breakfast is very good. It is as expected and is in charge of us. The butler is very nice, great guy

Our stay at mandarin oriental hotel was awesome we had very good time. It was espectacular vacation! With a romantic experience.Special thanks to Ozer our buttler who made it happen ! he was very helpful and he made a cute surprise for my birthday thank you Ozer your are the best!

Fabulous stay at this hotel! The most beautiful location on the Bosporus! Room staff excellent , especially our floor butler Irmak, small touch’s left in the room made our return each evening a delight! Artakan at Concierge also on point with arranging private guides and organising appointments.
