Staff are not professional. Any extra service I asked like iron board, late check out, laundry and extra key card they said no firmly. Breakfast is super simple and don’t expect good varieties. Good is the location which has many shops and restaurants nearby. The room is tidy and clean too.

The hotel is very beautiful, pleasant, and the facade appears at night like a dream, because of the lights that illuminate it. All the staff are very friendly, kind and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the gentleman at the reception; a young man who welcomed me with a truly singular kindness, showing professionalism and kindness of spirit absolutely admirable. Contrary to his colleague, also at the reception, who huffed at every request I made.

Ich habe nur eine Bewertung; Auf gar keinen Fall buchen! Nach drei Tagen hätte ich doch gerne ein gereinigtes Zimmer und frische Handtücher oder Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer. Mit Deluxe Zimmer hat das wirklich gar nichts mehr zu tun. Keine Hilfe an der Rezeption nur ausflüchte und man solle ruhig sein!!! An der Rezeption ist man also auch überfordert. Aussage: selbst die Reinigungskräfte wollen nicht mehr kommen, so die Info an der Rezeption. Das sagt alles, mehr kann man auch wirklich nicht hinzufügen, auch zu allen anderem.
