The hotel is at very good location, easy to travel around, my father got heart attacked when we stayed at the hotel, staff help us to get the ambulance to the hospital and gave us lots of information, thanks a lot

A very nice hotel in a superb location. Location - 20 metres from the trams (tram 1), 200 metre walk to the blue mosque and Sophia hagia and basicillia cistern. Also some really good restaurants at the top of the alley behind the hotel.
Friendly and helpful customer service by hotel reception people. Clean and nice room - the beds and pillows were very comfortable. In the evening there was free cake/dessert in the dining area by reception as well as juices and hot drinks.
The breakfast was amazing and so delicious: pastries, fruits, cheeses, fudge, cakes/desserts, bread rolls, Turkish dips and humus, dolmades, chips/wedges and more.

Very nice hotel just beside the Sultanahamed tram station. Close to all the historical sites. (especially if you want to visit Ayasofya and Yerebatan Sarayi since there are always long lines to get in). Hotel hosters are all very nice and considerate. Giving good suggestion and providing all the help. The breakfast is good and the terrace is terrific. Grab a cup of tea or coffee to enjoy the great view of blue majid and AyaSofya and the trait view in the moring or evening. No wonder it is fully booked during my stay and I really like the saying from the hoster that we are small hotel but we try to provide the best. I would strong recommend this hotel.

First of all, the hotel staff are really friendly.
There is a tram 1 minute away, a transportation card ticket machine, and an ATM that starts with Z without any fees.
It's great that the old town's tourist attractions are close by!
tip. There is ice in the lobby, so it's a good idea to carry it around in a tumbler in the summer.

The room is very clean and the location is very good. The attractions are within 5 minutes' walk. The front desk guy actively helped to call a taxi and recommended the Strait Tour. There is an elevator. I highly recommend the sea view suite. It is just next to the road and it is noisy. The windows are not very soundproof. The view from the top terrace of the hotel is beautiful
