We were satisfied, the location was very close to the metro, you could reach everything within minutes and there were a lot of shops within walking distance. Regarding the cleanliness, the bathroom looked clean, but there were stains on the stool and chair on the small table, nothing bad in itself, but you feel disgusted because you don't know what it is. Very, very nice staff, they suggested new things for us every day, gave us flyers with great attractions, they helped us with our suitcases and weighed them. Unfortunately, we didn't know the number we could dial from the room to reach the lobby and on the phone There was some earwax which really disgusted us and we had doubts about the cleanliness.

Metro and tram are close to the hotel. 3 stops with the tram and you are by kapali carsi. Hotel is not very luxe but for sleeping and exploiring its okay! If you want they clean your room everyday. The hotel staff are very friendly. Room on the street side its a bit loud. I would give it 7/10

I don't recommend it, it's not clean and there are bugs I can't sleep because of it, some staff are poorly treated, but me and my kids got bitten by bugs in the bed, something I don't do. Recommend at all. There is a disco near the hotel and you can hear it all night long

The ground was slightly trembling whenever the subway comes. We were feeling nausea. There were some short hairs on the blankets. So many perfumes are heavily used to mask the smells of smoking. Those pictures are stretched almost twice. We moved to another hotel in a few hours. Not recommend this one.

A pleasant stay in a well located and clean hotel. The staff were kind, welcoming and attentive, especially Ismaël. Only downside: the noise from the nightclub next door and the absence of breakfast at the hotel. But it remains a positive experience overall.

Well received but unfortunately room assigned very small with a very small window bedding, mattress, uncomfortable sheet mattress too soft we sink into it, sheet full of pilling and bedding that squeaks otherwise the cleanliness and bathroom was impeccable

The accommodation is not the cleanest.
The location is secluded and surrounded with bars.
The staff is super nice and I can't say anything negative about it.
For a short trip with friends you can go,
But definitely not with the family.
